The Flows
Those who meditate are aware of two flows in our body, one that flows upward and the one that flows downward.
When we feel emotions, especially emotions that are hard our flows are downwards. Just take a breath and find your focus. See where you are stressing when you are angry.
See where you are stressing in your body when you are jealous. Find out your focus on the body. And you will see how we are connected to these flows.
Try to find your focus when you are happy. Have you had your hair stand up when staring at incredible beauty? In a beautiful sunrise? Seeing the mountains and the seas?
Try to centre yourself and find your focus when it happens, you'll see your body gives up and surrenders in an upward movement.
These movements are the fundamentals of yogic meditation.
Once you are aware of them, true awareness will begin.
