The Feedback
I suppose nothing makes a writer happier than receiving feedback, also nothing can be worse than not having feedback, sometimes when you are continuously writing for a couple of months and there is constant feedback, you get used to the juice. But if you then give a couple of days of the gap, I dunno for whatever reasons you can come back and see all the feedback is suddenly gone. And this is where we give up. Because there isn't enough feedback why bother?
Here in medium feedback is everything in a way and when there is no feedback why even bother to write. We aren’t earning money without feedback. Well, this is truly a squeeze.
For me my writing skill is very varied, English isn’t my first language, and although I may seem extremely confident in it, I am not a confident writer of English. So when there is the feedback it tells me I did something right. But when it doesn't come I feel left out. It's often okay to feel left out, to be honest, but once you get used to the drug of feedback it's hard to get out of it.
We are all pursuing something, and a little feedback isn’t that. I guess if we always had that in our vision we would not be so easily swayed. Feedback or no feedback it's important to be consistent.
