Just have a lower sense of accomplishment.

Let me explain, The people who procrastinate, a chronic procrastinator like me, just like to think as talking about work is an accomplishment as well. We also believe starting the work is half the work so after starting the work we get distracted and then end up writing an essay on ‘People who procrastinate’. But here is the newest song to the undying love for procrastination. We procrastinate because we believe in the power of the universe to move us. We are also angry about why the universe won't heal me, make me younger maybe to make me more active? I don’t even know how to start and when to do so. But this should not just be me so I did a survey I wrote to my friends to tell me about procrastination and sure enough there were those who were too lazy to write actual experiences so they copied and pasted what the scientists and the internet had to say about procrastination. And this is what they said.

There is the pre-frontal cortex it's new. Some say it's why we are humans cause we have so large prefrontal. So anyway prefrontal is kind of anti to the limbic system, which basically tells us about pleasure and pain. So because the prefrontal cortex is relatively new. Cause duh, we evolved not many years ago, We tend to lose out the battle to our animalistic pursue of pleasure. Hence we procrastinate. We are after all supercomputers jacked on an animal body, what do you expect? Besides the brain uses a lot more energy. So for saving energy, fighting global warming, procrastination is king.

But these were my lazy friends who like me decided to go with the flow, some have sacrificed their career and love because it was too much work. But there are those who seem to take it with a bit more grandeur. Take for example my artist buddies, lazy ass people who just love the idea of relaxing and basically not existing till a creative spur hits them. For them, this form of procrastination is not just fine it's actually necessary. There are ted talks to support this theory. Just google ted talk on procrastination. To be honest I don’t see too much difference with both the categories who one just knows how to make it sound good. But credit should be given where it is due, making it look good is also quite a job well done in time!

Let's talk about the third group who just hate lazy people. In my view, they are just hardworking people with little to no talent- mostly. Well, that’s not true, Most hardworking people I know manage to combine both, they wake up early and work hard, and they do things on time. They do not wallow in the misery of self-loathing of being late. They have better things to loathe themselves for. Let's say they have packed themselves misery for lunch and that must be from 12–1 pm. Though these people are efficient I am sure they are, having less fun. I mean what is there to be had being completely engrossed in life without the fun of living.

There I finished it.
