London is a Hammer

My first impression of London is it is a hammer to shape you, my final impression after living for a couple of months and working, is it's a hammer to keep you down.

The competition in London is brutal. But it's not based on skills, mind you the advertising copies you see in the London roads are terrible. Who writes these, and yet they will tell you you can't do a better job because you come from a third world a faraway place, your skin isn't white so your skills are not tight?

These are the barriers many like me face in London, unnecessary barriers. Everyone in London hates each other, and that's how social engineering works.

The rich hate the poor and the poor hate the rich, the educated the uneducated, the white hate the brown, and the browns hate the whites. And this makes the hammer work, this makes bullying work.

I heard from a workplace, well we had eastern Europeans working here, they were all hard workers, now we have Indians and Bangladeshis,( realising she is being racist) she said it's a win or a miss in these situations.

Arent, it that in all situations?

The economy can only benefit from reducing biases. The hammer need to go.
